The aim of the NOVUS-project is to produce new research-based knowledge on the success factors and challenges of rapid service development taking place in the interfaces between public/third sector and small service businesses operating mainly at local level. Project also advances the development of systematic methods and tools that small service companies and other service providers can utilise in the course of rapid new service development.
