Finnish Service Alliance

The Finnish Service Alliance (FSA) association was established in October 2012. Its main purpose is to boost Finnish service research, and enhance the utilization of service research in private and public organizations nationally.

The association supports the development of the service economy and increases the societal impact of service research in Finland.

The association aims at facilitating collaboration between the academia and companies. Also, the FSA attempts to make the achievements of Finnish service scholars more visible internationally.

The key activities of the Finnish Service Alliance are constantly evolving based on the members’ initiatives and resources.

To achieve its goals, the association and its members organize events, produce publications, and disseminate knowledge on lessons learned from academic research and practical experience.
